Important Booth & Service Requirements:
- A space of 12ft x 12ft area must be designated for the booth to operate properly. We can downsize this a bit if needed to accommodate your event needs.
- If placed outdoors, it must be on a paved surface that’s perfectly level with access to a nearby 15 amps – 3 prong power outlet.
- Additionally, we will need protection from the elements (rain, heat, etc.) to protect our attendant(s) and equipment from rain damage or overheating.
We can provide a suitable tent for an additional charge if needed. – For more info and details please read our FAQ page
Rental Cancellations & Refunds:
- Your deposit/retainer is non refundable. You are eligible for a refund (excluding deposit/retainer) if cancelled 10 days prior to your rental date.
