Frequently Asked Questions

How much room do I need for the booth?

Generally we ask for a 12×12′ footprint with at least 8′ of clearance above. We can downsize this a bit if needed to accommodate your event needs. 

How long will it take to set up the booth?

Each package includes a 2 hour set up window for the 360 photo booth. Our staff arrives one hour prior to our start time. Most of our setup is technical, and not physical and we can set up the booth in as fast as 30 to 45 minutes. 

Can I have the 360 booth outdoors?

We can provide our photo booths outdoor. We will need access to a nearby 15 amps – 3 prong power outlet and a paved level surface to set up everything. Additionally, we will need protection from the elements (rain, heat, etc.) to protect our attendant(s) and equipment from rain damage or overheating! If your event is taking place when temperatures are within 60 to 80 degrees, protection is not 100% necessary but at the first sign of inclement weather, we will have to pull the photo booth and this could disrupt your service window. 

(We can provide a suitable tent for an additional charge if needed.)

Does the package include props?

Yes, every package includes props. We try to include and select hand signs and props to match your event type or theme. Due to the recent Covid-19 events, we are NOT providing dress up items such as hats and masks for sanitary purposes. 

Can I supply my own props?

Of course! You are more than welcome to provide your own props. You can work them in with ours or provide all of them, whatever you prefer! 

Do I have to run the booth?

Absolutely not! Each package includes an attendant who will set up, operate and remove the booth following the completion of your service window. 

How will guests receive the 360 videos?

Following the completion of a session the 360 videos can be sent to users via text, email, qr-code scan or airdrop for them to download and share. 

Will I receive a gallery of all the videos captured?

Of course you will! You’ll receive an email with a link to a folder full of all of the videos captured within 3 business days of the event so you can download and share with whoever you please. 

How long are the videos?

The 360 booth videos will generally be 12 to 16 seconds long. This is to help with transmission speeds when users send via text or email. Perfect for social sharing!

Can I use my own music?

Unfortunately not. Copyrighted music cannot be used without a proper license, therefore all the music we use must be licensed through us. As a practical matter, that means that popular music, such as that being played on the radio, cannot be used.  Please contact us if you have a special request, and have already obtained the appropriate usage license. No license? Don’t worry, we have several great options to choose from!

How do I book the booth?

If you are interested in reserving a booth, please submit a booking inquire form. Once you have received confirmation of availability, our standard booking policy is 50% of the total paid with a signed contract to reserve your date.
